Cougar Shows Off New AI Workstation Cases at Computex 2026
Cougar showed up to Computex 2026 in Taipei with more than just incremental updates. They unveiled an entirely new NU-series of PC cases built specifically for AI workstations, alongside prototype WS-series power supplies designed to feed the beast—because anybody running heavy compute loads knows that standard PSUs just don't cut it anymore.
But here's the thing: why does a case manufacturer suddenly care about AI workstations? The answer is simple. Data centers and AI labs are replacing traditional office rigs, and they need hardware that can handle dense GPU arrays, multiple cooling loops, and cable management that won't make you want to scream. Cougar built the NU-series from the ground up with that reality in mind, not as an afterthought.
They also showed off their existing cooler and fan lineup alongside the new gear—AIO liquid coolers, air coolers, and case fans that round out the ecosystem. The WS-series PSUs are still in prototype phase, so we'll have to wait for final specs and pricing, but the fact that Cougar is investing in workstation-grade power supplies tells you where the hardware market is heading.
